Timber Grading

Ystwyth Valley Sawmill can grade hardwoods for architechtural and strict engineering purposes to Trada specifications. Please see our products page for more information.

Mobile Band Saw Milling

We are able to facilitate mobile sawing of timber at your premises. We are located in West Wales but we can cover the majority of the UK mainland. 

Our Loglogic Autotrek boasts the largest capacity of any mobile saw mill, and extremely high levels of accuracy. Click here to read more about the mobile milling service.

Tree Services

Anything from basic tree surgery to whole tree felling can be catered for. Our team of NPTC certified tree surgeons have the best equipment to cope with the most demanding situations.

Four-wheel drive vehicles with strong winches mean that timber can be pulled out of almost anywhere and taken away.

Alternatively, combine tree services with mobile milling and you have the opportunity to use the timber yourself for building, firewood, etc...

Wind Blow Clearance

Fallen trees can usually be cleared from even the most inaccessible places thanks to our team of skilled tree surgeons, four-wheel drive vehicles, and strong winches. 

As mentioned above, mobile milling can also turn your fallen tree into a useful product. Alternatively we can clear the space and take the fallen timber away with us.
