Ystwyth Valley Sawmill is a family run business located near Llanilar, Aberystwyth, West Wales.

Our staff have a range of skills and experience and are Trada qualified, Timber Grading qualified, and NPTC certified.

We supply products and services to a diverse range of clients throughout the entire United Kingdom including:

• The Forestry Commission
• C.A.T. (The Centre for Alternative Technology)
• C.C.W. (The Courtryside Council for Wales)

Valley Sawmill uses the very latest sawmill technology, including an Autotek mobile band saw mill, capable of cutting timber up to 1 meter wide and 6.5 meters in length, using wide-blade technology to cut to very precise tolerances (down to 1mm accuracy).

Our mills will cut both hardwoods and softwoods with precision, and custom cutting lists can easily be catered for, including angle cuts, quarter sawing, rips, and cross-cuts.

Orders placed with us are processed quickly and efficiently, and we are happy to receive orders of any size from industry, trade, and retail.
